How can I access my inventory?
You can access your inventory anytime through our user-friendly online platform. Our warehouses are open from Saturday to Thursday, from 7 AM to 5 PM.
What kind of products does UNITS store?
A wide range of products, including food, electronics, cosmetics, clothing, furniture, and much more, as we provide dry, ambient, chilled, and frozen storage.
What items are prohibited from storage in your facility?
Any illegal item under Saudi Arabian law is prohibited from storing in our facilities. This includes but is not limited to, weapons, hazardous materials, and counterfeit goods.
Is there insurance coverage for damage to the goods at the warehouses?
We understand that the safety of your goods is a top priority, and we take full responsibility for any damage caused by our handling. Your belongings will be in good hands.
What security measures do you have in place to protect stored items?
We implement strict access control measures to protect your belongings. Each of our warehouses is fully equipped with surveillance cameras operating 24/7.
What is the temperature inside your warehouses?
Temperature control depends on the nature of the goods and their storage requirements (dry, frozen, etc.).
What steps should I take to prepare my goods for storage at your warehouses?
Your items should be sorted and packed properly. We offer a packing service for a small extra charge. Also, a detailed file containing information about your items such as the name, quantity, ideal temperature, and any other relevant details is required.
Do you have a packing service?
Yes, we offer a packing service for a reasonable extra charge.
Do you have a delivery service?
Yes, we offer a delivery service for an extra charge to and from our warehouses, utilizing a fleet of vehicles that includes small vans and large trucks.
What is the estimated delivery time for items that I have stored with you?
Delivery time will vary depending on the distance and the order.
Which cities are currently covered by the company?
We currently serve customers in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, and we are actively expanding our services to other cities soon.

You can! Just let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my space rental?
Customers are not entitled to refunds once the goods have been delivered to the company.
